When using the heating coil, it is recommended to keep the width of the heated objects between 1/3 to 1/2 of the heating coil diameter, and avoid exceeding two-thirds. 6. For induction heating, it is important to allow the power to work for five minutes and then cool down. Since the induction heating current is large, the heating coil may become relatively hot. To prevent damage, it is best to directly weld the heating coil to the PCB.
