Moisturize dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Spray directly onto dry skin and blend using a tanning mitt in circular motions. Allow product to develop by showering 1–4 hours after application, depending on the desired tan depth (more time yields a deeper tan). Wash hands thoroughly after use.
