Select the balancer with appropriate specifications based on the weight of the tool and accessories. 2. When installing the balancer, ensure the safety rope is securely connected. 3. Adjust the worm gear on the balancer so that the balance weight matches the weight of the tool, allowing the tool to remain balanced at any position within the stroke, achieving a weightless state. Turn clockwise to increase balance weight, counterclockwise to decrease. The balance weight is pre-set to the midpoint before shipping. Do not adjust beyond the rated value, as it may affect normal operation. 4. When removing the tool, pull the stop pin lever, rotate it 30 degrees clockwise, return it to the slot to lock the pulley, then remove the tool. This prevents the hook from retracting suddenly and causing injury or tool damage. When reinstalling the tool, release the stop pin and reset the lever counterclockwise. 5. Avoid pulling the balancer without a load, as this may cause the steel wire rope to misalign or become damaged. 6. If the tool’s operating angle exceeds 30 degrees from vertical, reposition it closer to vertical before releasing the tool to prevent the steel rope from jamming. 7. Load must be hung vertically. Precautions: (1) When disassembling the balancer, rotate the worm gear counterclockwise to fully release the coil spring before proceeding with any work. (2) Perform a monthly safety inspection of the balancer. Key points include: 1. Check for loose fasteners. 2. Inspect upper and lower hooks for dents, cracks, or defects. 3.
