Enhanced durability: High-quality materials and meticulous finishing ensure your costume lasts a long time, even with intensive use. Material: Polyfoam is the preferred choice for mascot heads. This lightweight material allows you to wear the costume for hours without fatigue while offering excellent resistance to shocks and wear. It’s also easy to clean-a quick wipe with a damp cloth is all it takes to refresh it. Animation Tips Expressiveness: The eyes, nose, and mouth are designed to be expressive. Depending on your needs, you can opt for moving eyes, an articulated mouth, or even cheeks that inflate for a comedic effect. Some heads even feature LED lights for spectacular lighting effects. Safety: High-quality heads include an internal safety net to prevent any risk of suffocation or discomfort while wearing the costume. Structure: Premium costumes use a combination of lightweight fiber and resin to create a rigid yet flexible skeleton. This allows the mascot to move naturally without risk of deformation or breakage. Padding: Foam or technical fabric padding provides comfortable support without adding weight. They are designed to fit the wearer’s body shape, avoiding pressure points. Clothing attachment: Clothing attaches easily to the body using Velcro or snap buttons, making dressing and undressing quick and easy. Ready to imagine your mascot.
