It is equipped with a 100V/210A low resistance MOS, making it suitable for big power LED lights and motors. The module also supports reverse input protection, eliminating concerns about incorrect input wire connections that could damage the power supply. Additionally, it has low voltage protection to safeguard both the module and battery against damage from over-discharge when using a storage battery as the input source. The thickened heatsink and intelligent temperature control cooling fan help dissipate heat effectively. Output Power = Input Voltage * Max Current (e.g., if input 12V, the max output power is 12V * 30A = 360W) - Size: 130 x 84 x 52mm / 5.11 x 3.3 x 2.04" Instruction: - Voltage Adjustment: Power on the module without connecting to a load, then adjust the "V-ADJ" potentiometer clockwise to increase the voltage and counterclockwise to decrease it. Please note that adjusting from high voltage to low voltage may have a slow response due to the large output capacitance capacity. - Current Adjustment: Before connecting to a load, adjust the "CC A-ADJ" potentiometer counterclockwise about 30 circles to minimize the output current. Then, adjust it clockwise to achieve the desired current value. If using the module for battery charging, connect it to the output after the battery is fully discharged, as more energy left in the battery will result in less charging current. - Low Input Voltage Protection Adjustment: If setting a low input voltage protection for a 12V battery, connect the input to a 10V voltage and adjust RV1 clockwise to increase the protection voltage or counterclockwise to decrease it until the UVLO light up. This means that when the battery voltage drops to 10V, the module won't step up the voltage, and the output voltage will be the same as the input voltage. Note: 1. Ensure that the output wiring is not reversed or short-circuited. 2. If the module is connected to an inductive load, the minimum input voltage should be higher (e.g., 24V), and the maximum output power should be lower (e.g., 500W). 3. If using a storage battery, switch power supply, solar panel, or electric generator as the input power source, adjust the low voltage protection value lower to prevent damage.
