Automatically detect NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes (including double diodes), thyristor, transistors, resistors and capacitors. 1602 LCD display (12864 LCD backlight). Enable to analysis the device type, the polarity of the pin, the output HFE, the valve voltage, the junction capacitance of the FET. Can be powered by a 9V 6F22 battery (not included).
