Our oil block off plugs for PW50 and PW80 provide a reliable solution for two-stroke motorcycle owners. These block off plates create a secure, leak-free seal after removing the factory oil system, offering improved performance and reliability. The stock oiling system on PW50 and PW80 models is prone to leaks and inconsistent oil delivery. Many riders overcompensate by increasing oil pump output, which can lead to excess smoke, spark plug fouling, and reduced engine power. Removing the oil pump system and switching to pre-mix fuel enhances reliability, improves engine performance, reduces weight, and simplifies maintenance. These block off plates are precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and include a vacuum plug for the carburetor and all necessary mounting hardware. After installation, be sure to switch immediately to pre-mixed fuel. Fitment: FITS ALL PW80 MODELS FITS ALL PW50 MODELS NOTE: This updated part is compatible with both PW50 and PW80 models.
