Welcome to my shop! 3M VHB 5952 double-sided tape is widely used for assembling electronic products and fastening exterior automotive parts such as spoilers, trim strips, door sill protectors, bumper strips, corner guards, wheel arches, rear guards, stainless steel panels, aluminum window slats, vent visors, and emblems. It is also ideal for home and office applications, including mounting LED light strips, nameplates, address labels, signs, mirrors, hooks, picture frames, and power strips. Waterproof, solvent-resistant, and heat-resistant, this tape provides durable adhesion in high-moisture environments such as bathrooms and outdoor settings. It performs well on smooth surfaces including glass, marble, plastic, PVC, ceramic tiles, wood, and metal. This tape can replace rivets, screws, spot welds, and liquid adhesives. When removed, it leaves no residue, reducing cleanup time. Size: 2 cm wide, 3 m long, with a thickness of 1.1 mm per layer. Ultra-resistant and super tough, the 1.1 mm thickness ensures strong bonding performance. Waterproof and high-temperature resistant, it maintains reliable adhesion under humid and hot conditions. Leaves no residue upon removal and does not damage surfaces, including automotive finishes. Made from acrylic foam, it offers excellent strength and flexibility. For optimal bonding, apply to clean, dry, and smooth surfaces. Recommended application temperature is between 16°C and 40°C. If the temperature is below 10°C, the adhesive may not bond properly due to hardening. It is recommended to warm the tape using a hot air gun or hair dryer before application to activate the adhesive. Features: Strong adhesion on non-structural assemblies with dissimilar materials. Waterproof, resistant to solvents and high temperatures, bonds well to curved and irregular surfaces, fills gaps effectively, and adheres securely to various substrates. Note: This double-sided tape requires time and firm pressure to achieve maximum bond strength. Press firmly after application and then remove the red liner.
