Prepare cavities according to standard dental procedures, remove decayed tissue, and clean the cavity. 2. Apply a dental etchant to the tooth surface to be bonded, rinse thoroughly, and dry the bonding surface. 3. Apply a uniform and thin layer of dental adhesive to the bonding surface, then cure with a dental light curing unit for 20 seconds. 4. After filling and shaping with an appropriate amount of composite resin, cure using a light intensity of not less than 400mW/cm² for 20 seconds. Curing depth is 1.5mm. For deeper fillings, extend curing time or use incremental layering technique. 5. Perform trimming and polishing. Use dental articulating paper to check occlusion before final adjustments. It is recommended to use rubber polishing points and ultra-fine abrasive polishing strips. 6. Recommended use of pulp protection materials such as calcium hydroxide (light-cured or chemical-cured) or other non-oily liners. Avoid using eugenol-containing materials directly as a base.
