Short the test leads and adjust the 0A DJ to align the pointer to the zero position. Ensure that there is no voltage present in the circuit being tested. Connect the test leads to the resistor being tested and read the scale according to the reference table. CONTINUITY TEST (BUZZ): Turn the range selector knob to BUZZ, apply the test lead pins to the two points being tested, and check continuity. The buzzer will sound when the resistance is between 0 and approximately 120. Testing cannot be conducted on points with applied voltage. CONTINUITY TEST (LED): Set the range selector to the "CONT'Y" position. Connect the test leads to the tested circuit.
