Craft Sha Leathercraft 1.2mm A2 Full Grain Choco Brown Vegetable Tanned Leather

This A2-sized leather sheet is machine cut from full-grain, choco brown cowhide that has been vegetable tanned, professionally oiled, and skived to a consistent thickness of approximately 1.2mm (±0.07mm). Measuring 420mm x 594mm (16.5 x 23.4 inches), it offers four times the surface area of A4 and is ideal for medium to large leathercraft projects such as bags, wallets, satchels, organisers, and patchwork totes.Made in Japan from humanely sourced hides, this leather is processed using traditional vegetable tanning techniques and finished with natural oils to produce a smooth, resilient surface with deep colour saturation. The oiled finish gives the leather a rich, supple feel and makes it highly resistant to drying and cracking over time. Because of the oil content, this leather is not suitable for further dyeing, stamping, or lacquering, but both the edges and the flesh side can be burnished to a smooth and professional result. This listing is for the A2 size only.
