Material: Metal Suitable for machining wood, acrylic, porcelain, plastic, aluminum, iron, and steel Wiring method: White wire connects to the control card output to the tool; black wire connects to the control card GND terminal Color: Red + Black Type: CNC Engraving Machine Tool Setting Block Diameter: 40 mm Height: 20 mm Usage: Connect the setting block according to the wiring method and connect it to the control panel, tool holder, and ground terminal (the alligator clip can be attached to the spindle, provided the spindle is properly grounded to the main board). When the tool touches the setting block, the Z-axis will detect contact and complete the tool-setting process. Notes: Before initiating automatic tool setting, power on the machine (do not start the spindle motor). Carefully place the alligator clip onto the spindle without contacting the cutting edge. Observe whether the Z-axis responds correctly upon contact. Confirm proper operation before proceeding with automatic tool setting. Includes: 2 x CNC Engraving Machine Tool Setting Block Note: Color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Measurement tolerance: ±1–3 mm.
