Lightly massage formula into the roots, working the product in a back-and-forth motion. Gently work shampoo through the ends of your hair, finger combing as you go to lightly detangle. Rinse well, lightly rubbing hands down hair from root to tip to thoroughly remove suds. Conditioner: Remove excess water from hair after shampooing. Gently massage conditioner into hair, parting strands into distinct ls while working conditioner through mid-lengths and ends. Let conditioner sit 1-2 minutes. Rinse well.
