[2] Get the standard sharpening angle by adjusting the distance between the top of the chisel and the honing guide: blade 2.9 inches/73mm to get 25°, chisel 2.4 inches/60mm; blade at 2.2 inches/55mm to get 30°, chisel 1.8 inches/46mm. [3] You can fix the chisel and planer blade between 0 and 2.5 inches (. 0-6.5 cm) by adjusting the knob to cover the common sizes.
