The medial and lateral heel insoles provide stable support, cradle the heel, and help reduce foot fatigue associated with elevated height.[Adjustable Layers] These orthopedic heel wedges can be used individually or combined to achieve the desired lift. The top layer measures 0.45 inches in height, while the additional thinner layers measure 0.2 inches each. By adjusting the layers, users can gradually correct height discrepancies, improve alignment, and encourage proper muscle engagement during walking.
