The medial and lateral heel insoles provide secure heel support, enhance stability, and help reduce foot fatigue associated with height imbalances. [Adjustable Layers] These orthopedic heel wedges offer customizable correction with multiple layers that can be used individually or combined to achieve the desired lift. The top layer measures 0.45 inches in height, while the additional layers are 0.2 inches each.
