This motor speed controller is suitable for AC 220/240V 50/60HZ motors. Speed regulation range is 90-1400r/min at 50Hz and 90-1700r/min at 60Hz. Suitable for use in packaging, printing, food, electronics, instrumentation, and clothing industry production lines as a speed control drive device. Method of use: 1. Turn off the power, connect according to the wiring diagram, and ensure the connection is correct. 2. Securely mount the controller and set the speed to the lowest position "0" to prevent sudden high current and potential damage during power startup. 3. Turn on the power and adjust the speed knob to the desired position. Turn off the power when not in use. 4. The governor is connected to the motor. If the torque or speed does not meet requirements, adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer located on the side of the unit. 5. To change the motor rotation direction, swap the jumper connections between "CCW" and "CW" on the back of the controller. 6. Connect COM and CW together for clockwise motor rotation. 7. Connect COM and CCW together for counterclockwise motor rotation.
