50x Glass Filled Nylon Countersunk Machine Screws M5 x 40 mm, Nuts & Washers

BP1: 50x Bolts, 50x Nuts, 50x Washers. Colour: Natural. Bolt material: PA66 / 50% glass fibre. Type: Countersunk Cross Head Bolts. Length: 40mm. Diameter: 5mm. Pitch: 0.8mm. Head diameter: 9.1mm. Head height: 2.7mm. SKU: 544.. BP2: The glass-reinforced nylon has improved tensile and flexural strength, impact resistance and wear resistance compared with unreinforced PA66.. BP3: The nylon PA66 contains 50% glass fibre.. BP4: Improvements include greater tensile strength, a higher heat deflection temperature and lower moisture absorption.. BP5: The countersunk cross head sits flush with the surface when fitted in a countersunk hole. Also known as cross-recess countersunk screws, flat head screws.. || PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: These countersunk cross head bolts are made from nylon PA66 that contains 50% glass fibre. The heat deflection temperature of PA66+GF is higher than that of unreinforced PA66, so the composite can withstand higher temperatures before deforming under load. It has reduced moisture absorption and improved tensile and flexural strength. The countersunk head sits flush with the surface when fitted in a countersunk hole. These fasteners are also known as plastic bolts or plastic screws.. || Please see the technical image illustration for size references.
