This motor speed controller is suitable for AC 220/240V 50/60Hz motors. Speed regulation range is 90–1400 rpm at 50 Hz and 90–1700 rpm at 60 Hz. Ideal for use in packaging, printing, food processing, electronics, instrumentation, and garment industry production lines for speed control drive applications. Instructions for use: 1. Turn off the power supply, connect the wires according to the wiring diagram, and ensure all connections are correct. 2. Securely mount the controller and set the speed knob to the lowest position “0” to prevent sudden current surge and potential damage during startup. 3. Turn on the power and gradually adjust the speed knob to the desired setting. Always turn off the power when not in use. 4. The governor connects directly to the motor. If torque or speed does not meet requirements, adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer located on the side of the unit. 5. To change the motor rotation direction, swap the jumper connections between “CCW” and “CW” on the back of the controller. 6. Connect COM and CW for clockwise rotation. 7. Connect COM and CCW for counterclockwise rotation.
