Place the stacking plate onto the cover plate. 2. Add the appropriate number of capsule caps. 3. Gently shake to allow the capsule mouths to settle into the openings. 4. Remove excess capsule caps. 5. Take off the retainer plate. 6. Position the center plate over the cover plate. 7. Place the tray on the body plate. 8. Insert the correct number of capsule bodies and shake to align them in the holes. 9. Remove excess capsule bodies and the tray. 10. Pour powder onto the body plate and use the scraper to spread it evenly. 11. Flip the combined center and cover plates over the body plate. 12. Press down firmly with both hands to close the capsules. 13. Remove the top cover. 14. Lift off the middle plate; filled capsules remain on the plate. 15. Lightly tap the middle plate to release the filled capsules. 16. Collect the capsules into a container to complete the process.
