Virbac BackHome Omni MAX ISO Reader

Nowadays, many pets are fitted with a collar containing a tag/transponder/chip. When this is read, the finder obtains information about the pet that is important for its identification. These chips are read using a chip reader. This reader connects to mobile devices. Once the necessary data has been exchanged, the animal can be reunited with its rightful owner. Extremely handy for, for example, animal ambulances, shelters, veterinarians, but also breeders of dogs, cats, and horses. * Reads all available microchips for companion animals * Wide/large reading field leads to faster microchip detection * Features a scroll wheel, a user-friendly menu, and a backlit, graphic color display * Beeper confirms a successful reading, with the microchip number remaining on the display until a new microchip is read * Long-lasting rechargeable lithium battery * Internal 2GB SD memory card to store millions of ID codes with date and time * Data transfer to computer via USB (optional Bluetooth connection) * Display of read data on computer, tablet, or mobile phone wherever the cursor is positioned * Simple connectivity tool to display data from the reader on a PC or smartphone as if typed on a keyboard * Compatible with most printers via optional Bluetooth to print microchip code while scanning * This reader does not feature Bluetooth.
