Description

Compatibility: M8 x 1.25mm metric tap and die set is suitable for making or repairing both male and female threads, good for general purpose applications, and with clear threads to meet processing requirements. Applications: Can be used to treat holes in maintenance and repair work. Ideal for drilling and tapping alloy steel, die steel, cast iron, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, etc. Round alloy tool steel die provides good abrasion resistance. The tap and die set is sharp and durable. EASY TO USE: Round dies can be used with an adjustable wrench (not included). The fixing screw in the middle of the key must be inserted into the die slot and tightened. Machine taps are used on drill presses, tapping machines, CNC machines and milling machines. Appropriate lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of dies and taps when tapping.
