To make the emulator work, you need a diagnostic tool (such as Autel, iCar2030, or iCarsoft) to clear stored error codes from the control unit related to a faulty seat mat. Once connected, the emulator allows your diagnostic tool to remove existing errors and turn off the SRS warning light. Please note that errors related to safety systems do not clear automatically.
