Rosfix XG-50 Solder Paste is an innovative product weighing 35g, created for professional soldering. Thanks to the use of a silver formula, the paste provides excellent effectiveness, eliminating the need for washing after soldering, which significantly increases work efficiency. Ideal for GSM and BGAP sieves, the paste guarantees precise reproduction of solder fields on BGA chips. The paste allows easy application and activation by heating up to 183°C, making it a convenient tool in the soldering process. Additionally, it is perfect for pre-coating BGA pads with lead tin, which increases soldering efficiency. The product is characterized by a resin-based and solvent-based flux, which ensures effective connections. It is recommended to store the paste between 0°C and 10°C to preserve its properties.
