Positive high voltage ideal diode controller. Compared to Schottky diodes, provides lower loss path, more efficient solution in high-power applications, reduces heat dissipation board space need. Inputs and outputs equivalent to diodes. Detects output voltage greater than input (millivolt level) and shuts down output immediately with fast response speed. Features reverse input protection, immediate output shutdown when output voltage exceeds input (millivolt level). Ideal for replacing common high-current diodes, solar panels in parallel, suitable for charging backwash protection. Specifications: Working voltage: 9-70V; Maximum working current: 50A; Copper foil thickness: 1.5oz; Ultra-high current and low ESR MOS tube (300A 1.5 milliohms); 80A bull nose pure copper wiring; 12V power supply with 40mV voltage drop under 28.61A current; 400mV minimum voltage; Ideal diode power consumption at 28.61A: 1.1444W (vs normal diode 11.444W).
