Choose the balancer with appropriate specifications based on the weight of the tools and accessories. 2. When installing the balancer, always connect the safety rope. 3. Adjust the worm on the balancer so the balance weight matches the weight of the tool, allowing the tool to remain balanced at any position within the stroke. Turn clockwise to increase balance weight, counterclockwise to decrease. The balance weight is pre-set to the midpoint at delivery. Do not adjust beyond the rated value, as it may affect performance. 4. When removing the tool, pull the stop pin lever, turn it 30 degrees clockwise, return it to the slot to lock the wheel, then remove the tool. This prevents the hook from retracting quickly and causing injury or damage. To reinstall the tool, release the stop pin and return the lever counterclockwise to reset. 5. Avoid pulling the balancer without a load, as this may cause the steel rope to misalign in the groove. 6. If the tools horizontal tilt exceeds 30 degrees, move closer to a vertical position before releasing the tool to prevent the steel rope from jamming. 7. Always hang the load vertically. Precautions: (1) When disassembling the balancer, rotate the worm counterclockwise to fully relax the coil spring before proceeding. (2) Perform a monthly safety inspection. Check the following: 1. Tightness of fasteners 2. Presence of dents, cracks, or defects on upper and lower hooks 3. Security and reliability of the safety rope 4. Shell and wheel for cracks or excessive wear 5.
