Display flashes faster as the device learns the gear. - When the display shows "2", select two-position. - Repeat this process until all gears have been thought through (5 or 6). - The device is programmed and should indicate the gears correctly. - Now that ignition is turned on, it will display forward (1 to 6), indicating that it is fully functional.
