DC-DC Step Down Buck Converter 400W 10V-60V Input Adjustable Constant Voltage Constant Current

The SZ-BK0612 is a non-isolated DC-DC step-down converter module designed for wide-range input voltages and adjustable constant voltage and constant current outputs. It supports continuous operation up to 280 watts in ventilated environments and delivers conversion efficiencies exceeding 92 percent. 1. Accepts a direct current input voltage range of 10.5 to 60 volts protected by an internal 15 ampere fuse. The output voltage is continuously adjustable from 0 to 45 volts, operating strictly on a step-down principle where the maximum output reaches approximately 80 percent of the applied input voltage. 2. Provides a continuous working power of 280 watts at a maximum continuous current of 12 amperes under natural air circulation. System capacity can extend to 400 watts when an external cooling fan is installed over the heatsink assembly. 3. Features automatic output shutdown when input voltage falls below 10.5 volts and reverse polarity protection that blows the internal fuse to safeguard components during incorrect wiring. A dedicated constant current indicator displays clear charging status for battery maintenance applications. 4. Operates within a functional temperature range of -10 to +85 degrees Celsius. Thermal management protocols recommend enhanced ventilation or forced airflow when sustaining peak current levels or installing the unit in enclosed spaces.
