Description

Name: Single-axis Tracking Board Voltage: 5-5.5VDC Current: Less than 1.5A Interface: Power + - Motor M Principle: Uses a shield with photoresistors. When light creates a shadow on the shield, a difference in photosensitivity between the two sides is detected, which controls the motor to find the balance point, aligning it with the light source. The board operates on a 5-5.5V DC power supply with a current draw under 1.5A. The motor is a geared type; slower speeds are preferred. The unit is compatible with JGY370 6V motor, which runs steadily at 5V under no load. If the motor speed is too high, slight oscillation may occur during alignment, but this is minimized by a short delay circuit for anti-shake functionality. When connecting the motor to the board, polarity is not required. If the motor rotates in the opposite direction, simply swap the motor wire connections. Power must be a regulated 5-5.5V DC supply. Do not connect directly to a solar panel.
