This 0-10V load cell sensor amplifier transmitter is designed for weighing, pull pressure, torque, and other strain sensors. It features a waterproof housing with CCL material and wire connectors, ensuring reliable sealing for harsh environments. The ultra-high-precision op amp circuit delivers high accuracy (0.2% F.S, precision 0.05% F.S) and good stability. Power supply includes reverse polarity protection, surge protection, and overcurrent protection. <br><br>Key Specifications:<br>- Working voltage: 12-24VDC<br>- Sensor sensitivity: 2.0mV/V<br>- Excitation output: 5V (E+)<br>- Output signal: 0-10V<br>- Operating temperature: -20 to 80°C<br>- Operating humidity: 10%-90% RH (non-condensing)<br><br>DIP switch settings: OFF for 0-5V output, ON for 0-10V output. Zero adjustment: unload system, adjust Vzero potentiometer to get VO close to 0V. For current output, adjust Izero potentiometer for IO close to 4mA. Recheck zero and load test for expected amplification. <br><br>Package includes: 1 x 0-10V Load Cell Sensor Transmitter. Note: Color may vary slightly due to lighting and display; measurement error allowed +/- 1-3cm.
